We are an online retailer specializing in USB-powered fans and portable cooling products. We source products from third-party suppliers and sell them exclusively through our website.

2. Eligibility

To use this website and place an order, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during checkout
  • Use the website for lawful, personal purposes only

3. Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, and specifications at any time.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Customer Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 12 hours, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled. If shipped, the order must follow the Returns Policy.

6. Shipping

We ship within the contiguous United States (48 states only).

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $50: $8.00 standard shipping
  • Orders $50+: Free standard shipping

Delivery Time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Transit: 5–7 business days
  • Total: 6–10 business days

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused
  • Original condition required
  • Original packaging preferred

Return Shipping:

  • Defective or wrong items: we cover return shipping
  • Change of mind: customer pays return shipping

Refunds:

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after inspection to your original payment method.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return and reorder if needed.
