This page explains how payment works at Castivra — what we accept, what happens after payment, and what to do if your transaction does not go through.
How We Accept Payment
We currently accept PayPal as our only payment method for all orders.
Through PayPal, you can pay using:
- PayPal balance
- Linked bank account
- Credit or debit card (processed via PayPal)
You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. PayPal guest checkout allows you to enter card details directly without creating an account.
We Do Not Accept
We do not support the following payment methods:
- Direct credit or debit card payments outside PayPal
- Cash or checks
- Bank transfers or wire payments
- Cryptocurrency
Currency
All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If your PayPal account uses a different currency, PayPal will automatically convert the amount based on their current exchange rate. Any conversion fees are determined by PayPal, not by us.
Taxes
We do not add sales tax at checkout. The price shown on the product page is the final product price charged by us.
Depending on your location, you may be responsible for any applicable local or state tax obligations. We are not able to provide individual tax guidance.
Before You Complete Your Order
Before placing your order, please double-check:
- Product model and specifications
- Shipping address accuracy
- Quantity and order total
Once an order is submitted, changes may not be possible after processing begins.
If you need to cancel, please email support@castivra.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
After Payment — What to Expect
Once your payment is successfully processed through PayPal, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:
- Order number
- Item details
- Total amount paid
This email is sent to the address associated with your PayPal account.
If you do not see it within a few minutes:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- If still missing, contact us at support@castivra.com
If Your Payment Does Not Go Through
Common reasons for payment failure include:
- Insufficient funds or balance
- Expired or inactive card linked to PayPal
- Temporary PayPal security verification hold
What you can do:
- Log into PayPal and check alerts or notifications
- Confirm your payment method is active
- Try another linked funding source

Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
We do not see, store, or have access to:
- Credit or debit card numbers
- Bank account details
- PayPal login credentials
