Shipping Policy

This page explains where we ship, shipping costs, delivery times, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Where We Ship

We ship within the contiguous United States only (48 mainland states).

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • APO / FPO military addresses
  • International destinations

We currently limit shipping to the contiguous U.S. due to carrier coverage, delivery reliability, and fulfillment constraints.

If you are unsure whether your address is eligible, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $50: $8.00 standard shipping
  • Orders $50 and above: Free standard shipping

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout based on order subtotal. No coupon code is required.

We ship using USPS or UPS depending on destination and package size. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping.


Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes processing time + transit time:

Processing Time

1–3 business days
Orders are verified, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (U.S. Central Time), on weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Transit Time

5–7 business days
Delivery time depends on your location within the contiguous U.S.

  • Western U.S.: typically faster
  • East Coast: typically toward the longer end of the range

Estimated Total Delivery

6–10 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier conditions or seasonal volume.


Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (U.S. Central Time) begin processing the same day.

Example:
An order placed Friday at 3:00 PM will begin processing Monday.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • If still missing, contact support@castivra.com with your order number

If Something Goes Wrong

Most orders arrive without issues. If something does go wrong, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if:

  • Your package arrives damaged
  • Your package is significantly delayed
  • Your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it

To help resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video (if damaged or tampered)

If Your Package Shows as Delivered but Is Missing:

  • Check with neighbors or building mailroom
  • Wait one additional business day (carriers may mark early)
  • If still missing, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier

We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing an order.


Customs and Duties

We ship only within the United States, so no customs fees or import duties apply.
There are no additional charges beyond what is shown at checkout.


Delays Outside Our Control

Occasionally, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak holiday shipping periods

If your tracking has not updated for 5 or more business days, or your delivery window has passed, contact us at support@castivra.com and we will follow up with the carrier.
