What kinds of fans does Castivra sell?
We offer a focused selection of USB-powered fans for everyday use, including desk fans for home and office, clip-on fans for cars, rechargeable fans for outdoor use, and compact travel fans. All models are designed for simple plug-and-play use with USB power or built-in batteries.
How quiet are your desk fans?
Most of our desk fans are designed to be quiet at lower speeds, making them suitable for work, study, or video calls. Noise levels increase at higher speeds, which is normal for all fan types. Each product page includes specific noise and performance details for comparison.
How long do rechargeable fans run on a single charge?
Runtime varies by model and speed setting. Most rechargeable fans run between 4 and 23 hours on low speed. Higher speeds reduce runtime. Estimated battery life is listed on each product page.
Can I use a USB fan without a laptop or computer?
Yes. All Castivra USB fans work with any standard USB power source, including wall adapters, power banks, and car USB ports.
Do your fans work in a car?
Yes. Several models are designed for vehicle use. They can clip onto seat backs or headrests and connect to a car USB port, making them ideal for rear-seat passengers.
Are your fans suitable for golf carts or outdoor use?
Yes. We offer rechargeable models designed for outdoor environments, including golf carts and camping setups. These fans run on built-in batteries and do not require a USB connection while in use.
Do I need instructions to set up the fan?
No. All fans are plug-and-play. Connect to power, turn it on, and adjust speed directly on the device.
Ordering and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal. You can pay using PayPal balance, bank transfer, or debit/credit card via PayPal guest checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Is the price at checkout final?
Yes. The checkout price is final. There are no hidden fees or required subscriptions.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours for a full refund. After that, orders may already be processing and cannot be modified. If your order has shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.
To request cancellation, email support@castivra.com as soon as possible.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous United States (48 states only). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
How much does shipping cost?
- Orders under $50: $8.00 shipping fee
- Orders $50 and above: Free shipping
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery time is 6–10 business days:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 5–7 business days
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (U.S. Central Time) on business days may begin processing the same day.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. If you don’t see it within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us at support@castivra.com.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us before sending any return.
Who pays return shipping?
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping and original shipping cost
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping is not refunded
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection. Depending on PayPal, additional time may be required for funds to appear.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different product, return the original item and place a new order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos or video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
